We want you and your pup to be happy with your purchase.

 

Returns & Refunds: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

 

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

 

Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, we’ll gladly exchange it within 30 days.

 

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
